Jobs at Bensenville Park District

Design and install educational exhibits interpreting agricultural and railroad history; lead programs, tours, field trips, and outreach; assist with gift shop sales, event setup, facility operations, light cleaning, animal care, clerical duties, and driving between park district sites. Part-time, 10–20 hours/week, includes evenings, weekends, and seasonal variation.

Supervise buildings and grounds crews to maintain parks, pools, athletic fields, and related facilities. Plan and coordinate maintenance, construction, repairs, inspections, event support, payroll/records, and emergency response. Oversee trades work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting), pool water chemistry and operations, athletic field care, snowplow operations, and supply procurement.

Coordinate, set up, and supervise senior programs, trips, and activities; handle registration, receipts, reports, attendance, and incident documentation; chaperone outings and enforce rules while providing excellent customer service.
