Jobs at Bensenville Park District

Coordinate, set up, and supervise senior programs, trips, and activities; handle registration, receipts, reports, attendance, and incident documentation; chaperone outings and enforce rules while providing excellent customer service.

Design and install educational exhibits interpreting agricultural and railroad history; lead programs, tours, field trips, and outreach; assist with gift shop sales, event setup, facility operations, light cleaning, animal care, clerical duties, and driving between park district sites. Part-time, 10–20 hours/week, includes evenings, weekends, and seasonal variation.

Support lead teacher by following lesson plans and routines, supervising and nurturing preschool children (ages 2–5), assisting with daily routines, classroom activities, behavior guidance, safety, and communication with staff and parents. Maintain cleanliness and health procedures and provide CPR/AED and First Aid certified care.

Assist with and lead museum and farm programs, tours, and outreach; provide customer service and gift shop sales; support event setup, animal care, light cleaning, clerical tasks, and facility opening/closing. Maintain CPR/First Aid certifications and work weekends, evenings, and travel between district facilities as needed.
