Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules, repairs, preventive maintenance reports, work orders, service records, parts management, and equipment availability. Support service desk operations and internal customers, work with vendors, maintain DOT and safety compliance documentation, use TMT maintenance software, monitor repair timelines, identify discrepancies, and recommend workflow improvements.

Provide administrative support for non-driver recruiting, process time-off and attendance, run HR audits and reports, maintain new hire files, ensure DOT/OSHA/C-TPAT and ISO compliance, and assist with general clerical tasks.

The Safety Supervisor leads safety initiatives, ensures DOT compliance, mentors drivers, oversees documentation, conducts investigations, and promotes safety culture within the company.
