Coordinates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, supports month-end and year-end activities, and ensures compliance with company, DOT, OSHA, C-TPAT, and ISO standards.

Provides administrative and clerical support for non-driver recruiting and onboarding operations. Responsibilities include processing time-off requests, administering attendance policies, conducting HR audits, preparing reports and employee files, handling mail and scanning, supporting reception, and following DOT, OSHA, C-TPAT, ISO, and company compliance requirements.

The Safety Supervisor leads safety initiatives, ensures DOT compliance, mentors drivers, oversees documentation, conducts investigations, and promotes safety culture within the company.
