Provides administrative support, including correspondence transcription, data entry, report preparation, budget assistance, call handling, visitor reception, meeting coordination, expense processing, calendar and records management, event logistics, mail distribution, absence tracking, office supply inventory, and document filing.

Analyzes and validates daily investment fund values, authorizes fund publications and investment transactions, manages cash movements and liquidity, coordinates with fund managers, trustees, service providers, and internal partners, supports fund lifecycle activities, produces reports, assists with audits and regulatory compliance, and improves operational procedures and tools.

Leads complex IT internal audits covering IT governance, cybersecurity, technology projects, data, and automated controls. Advises Internal Audit leadership on technology risks, develops risk-based audit plans, evaluates control effectiveness, and provides actionable recommendations. Presents findings to management and the Audit Committee, monitors remediation, tracks regulatory requirements, and supports continuous improvement. Also mentors audit team members and promotes knowledge sharing.
