Supports project accounting and billing by setting up projects, reviewing contracts, preparing invoices, managing revenue and unbilled balances, producing project reports, supporting accounts receivable and collections, and assisting with reconciliations, audits, compliance, and period-end close. The role coordinates with Project Managers, clients, and Accounting to ensure accurate billing, contract compliance, financial reporting, and timely resolution of billing issues.

Supports rail grade crossing and transportation engineering projects through traffic operations and safety analyses, signal design, roadway plans, specifications, calculations, signage and pavement marking layouts. Coordinates project deliverables, ensures compliance with transportation standards, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, maintains client relationships, and represents the firm at industry events.

Designs and analyzes roadway and transportation project elements, performs engineering calculations and modeling, prepares quantities and documentation, coordinates drafting, and supports field inspections. The role works with state and local transportation agencies and requires collaboration, communication, organization, and knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Microsoft Office.
