Own sales enablement strategy, onboarding, ramp programs, training, coaching, and sales content for a B2B commercial team. Create resources such as talk tracks, pitch decks, FAQs, case studies, and competitive guidance. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations to improve messaging, process adoption, and readiness. Analyze seller feedback, customer conversations, content usage, ramp time, and sales performance to measure and improve enablement effectiveness.

Build and scale Benepass’s data platform, including warehouses, replication pipelines, orchestration, dbt transformations, semantic models, and data quality systems. Own platform reliability, governance, security, performance, cost optimization, and developer experience. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, Finance, analysts, and data scientists to deliver trusted reporting and analytics infrastructure. Shape the data platform roadmap, evaluate new technologies, and mentor cross-functional partners as a senior individual contributor.

Own strategic partner relationships from implementation through ongoing growth. Develop scalable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, training materials, workflows, and operating processes. Lead partner success plans, cross-functional implementations, enablement, performance reviews, and issue resolution. Monitor partner and referred-client outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and advocate for partner needs internally. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Implementation, and Support to improve partner satisfaction, activation, retention, and expansion.
