Partners with benefits, recruiting, and department leadership teams to support employee communication, education, onboarding, and interdepartmental relationships. Handles deadlines, changing situations, stressful interactions, and conflict while maintaining accuracy and compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provides nutritional screening, assessment, care planning, and ongoing nutrition management for patients and residents across all age groups. Leads the healthcare team on nutrition needs, manages changing and stressful situations, meets deadlines, maintains accuracy, and follows licensing, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Provides behavioral health care within a multidisciplinary medical team, including biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments, individual and group psychotherapy, and intensive outpatient programming. The role collaborates with primary care and specialty teams, may mentor interns and less-experienced staff, and has no evening, weekend, or call obligations. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree and Montana licensure or eligibility for licensure.
