Lead the Department of Clinical Sciences with primary administrative duties while participating in teaching, research, and service. Oversee faculty recruitment, evaluation, development, budgeting, and curriculum integration of clinical sciences and osteopathic principles. Collaborate with SOM leadership and other departments to ensure mission alignment, interprofessional education, and faculty mentorship.

Lead the Department of Biomedical Sciences with primary focus on administration: develop and implement curriculum, recruit and evaluate faculty, manage budget and staff, provide teaching, maintain scholarly activity, and support interprofessional education aligned with osteopathic principles and Catholic bioethics.

Serve as data steward for the advancement database, ensuring accurate gift processing, constituent record maintenance, reporting, queries/exports, mailings, imports/exports, NCOA address updates, event registration data entry, and documentation management while training staff and supporting Advancement events.
