Leads recruitment, selection, and enrollment for a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program. Oversees admissions strategy, application processing, committee operations, interviews, recruitment partnerships, staff supervision, compliance, budgeting, Slate CRM workflows, data analysis, and enrollment reporting. Ensures alignment with COCA, AACOMAS, FERPA, and institutional requirements while advancing institutional mission and enrollment goals.

Tenure-track faculty member responsible for undergraduate Computer Science teaching, advising, scholarly or professional activity, and departmental and college service. The professor may teach programming, algorithms, architecture, operating systems, databases, software engineering, cybersecurity, AI and machine learning, or data science. The role may also develop courses, support undergraduate research, and contribute to Benedictine College’s Catholic, liberal arts mission.

Manages and optimizes the Slate CRM for osteopathic medical school enrollment operations. Responsibilities include configuring application workflows, maintaining data integrity, managing AACOMAS integrations, building queries and audience segments, executing automated email and SMS campaigns, analyzing communication performance, supporting recruitment events, and training admissions staff. The role requires coordinating multiple projects, troubleshooting CRM issues, and aligning communication strategies with enrollment and recruitment goals.
