Manages and optimizes the Slate CRM for osteopathic medical school enrollment operations. Responsibilities include configuring application workflows, maintaining data integrity, managing AACOMAS integrations, building queries and audience segments, executing automated email and SMS campaigns, analyzing communication performance, supporting recruitment events, and training admissions staff. The role requires coordinating multiple projects, troubleshooting CRM issues, and aligning communication strategies with enrollment and recruitment goals.

Tenure-track faculty to teach undergraduate psychology courses (General Psychology, Research & Statistics, Biopsychology, Psychology of Learning), advise students, supervise undergraduate research, and contribute to the college's Catholic Benedictine liberal arts mission. Teach 12 credit hours per year and serve on department/college committees. Ph.D. in psychology (or ABD) with relevant teaching experience preferred.

Lead and manage the anatomy program and lab, oversee curriculum design and integration across the medical program, direct cadaver acquisition and lab safety, teach gross anatomy using cadaver dissection and emerging technologies (VR/AR/XR), mentor faculty and students, support research and scholarship, and participate in governance, accreditation, and mission-driven activities.
