Communicates with tenants regarding repayment plans and delinquent balances, coordinates default actions with leasing, legal, and collections teams, prepares demand documentation, and processes bankruptcy proof-of-claim reports. Reviews accounts receivable reports and lease, utility, and tax records to support reconciliations and account adjustments.

Manages commercial tenant accounts receivable, including delinquency collections, repayment plans, billing discrepancies, reconciliations, defaults, bankruptcy claim support, and payment application. Reviews leases and financial records, coordinates with billing, leasing, legal, and property management teams, maintains dispute and default tracking, prepares correspondence and account documentation, and presents account status updates to senior management.

Analyzes and applies tenant billings, CAM charges, utility charges, insurance costs, recurring rent, and percentage rent. Reviews leases, invoices, credit memos, ledgers, payments, and historical billing data for accuracy. Prepares spreadsheets, invoices, reports, and tenant correspondence; follows up on sales reports and discrepancies; supports account representatives and property management with billing information.
