Manages day-to-day operations of an apartment community, including resident satisfaction, leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, financial analysis, inspections, vendor relationships, team leadership, and property improvements. The role oversees occupancy and retention strategies, handles resident concerns, maintains market-ready units, analyzes rental markets, controls costs, and drives community engagement. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership position with weekday hours and occasional weekend responsibilities.

Conduct property inspections, approve expenditures, prepare investor reporting, support lender reserve draws, and assist acquisitions due diligence. The role requires frequent travel throughout the Midwest portfolio.
