Oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily property portfolio across the Midwest. Responsibilities include supervising and developing on-site teams, monitoring leasing, occupancy, collections, turnover, budgets, and expenses, approving purchasing and payables, managing vendors and capital projects, conducting property inspections, preparing investor reporting, supporting acquisitions due diligence, and leading budgeting and renovation initiatives. The role requires travel to properties 3–4 days per week.
