Bend Payments is the technology arm of Genesis and works with some of the largest property management companies in North America. It has been operating since 2012 and is privately held. We automate 1st and 3rd party post move-out debt collection for property management companies via a SaaS platform. We are leveraging Voice AI to help automate collections and LLMs to do document processing in a document heavy industry.
