Provides editorial support for Spanish educational content, including revising and editing manuscripts, securing reprint rights, preparing files for production and digital conversion, maintaining product data, conducting research and fact-checking, evaluating digital products, and tracking project schedules.

Leads California sales strategy, revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting, and sales-team performance for K-12 educational publishing products. Builds district relationships, directs adoption and RFP strategies, coaches field and inside representatives, and oversees strategic opportunities, pilots, presentations, and market development. Requires extensive travel throughout California and nationally, strong education-sector relationships, and expertise in California curriculum adoption and purchasing cycles.

Plans and executes executive meetings, leadership forums, board meetings, offsites, and corporate events. Coordinates agendas, calendars, stakeholders, communications, materials, venues, vendors, technology, catering, transportation, and accommodations. Supports executives during meetings, tracks action items, maintains documentation and budgets, and resolves logistical challenges. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, confidentiality, and project management skills, with occasional early morning, evening, or off-hours coverage.
