Own and evolve the Shopify storefront: lead theme development, integrations, performance optimization, QA, and reporting. Collaborate with agencies, prioritize UX improvements, and measure impact against KPIs (speed, stability, conversion).

Lead Product Services operations to improve customer experience, process efficiency, and product flow.
