Processes accounts payable invoices for resale inventory, resolves pricing and quantity discrepancies, scans supporting documents, maintains AP files, verifies coworkers’ voucher listings, and supports month-end liability reconciliation. The role requires accurate data entry, organization, strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise AP software, and at least two years of accounts payable experience.

Supervise product shipments, logistics personnel, carrier and vendor relationships, delivery-rate negotiations, billing, invoice payments, inventory coordination, scheduling, and compliance with logistics and quality guidelines. The role ensures operational efficiency, develops staff, manages customer service activities, and follows applicable shipping regulations and procedures.

Provides phone, remote, and on-site IT support for branch employees, sales offices, representatives, and customers. Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs hardware, software, networking, telephony, and audiovisual systems. Images laptops, maintains servers and Active Directory, supports internal applications, manages technology inventory, trains users, and provides backup to branch IT management. Travel to remote sites throughout the assigned territory is required.
