Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, prospecting, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and video calls. Build relationships with key stakeholders, communicate Belvo’s fintech and open banking value proposition, schedule qualified meetings for account executives, manage pipeline activity in the CRM, and collaborate with Sales on prospecting strategies. The role requires meeting lead qualification targets and becoming a domain expert in Latin American fintech and open banking.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, driving communication with leads, partnering with onboarding and customer success teams, and maintaining relationships with multiple industry verticals, emphasizing adaptability and teamwork to achieve sales goals.

Lead full-cycle recruitment across LATAM, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, track recruiting KPIs, and manage people operations including Mexican payroll, benefits, compliance, office management, and employee experience improvements using AI tools.
