Leads Beltone Academy’s Learning & Development function, setting strategy, managing curricula and learning portfolios, overseeing instructors and training operations, and ensuring quality program delivery. The role manages evaluations, reporting, budgets, client satisfaction, continuous improvement, partnerships, and team performance while developing commercially aligned and innovative learning solutions.

Evaluates prospective and existing SME clients’ creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, business models, cash flow, repayment capacity, market risks, legal documentation, collateral, and AML/compliance information. Prepares credit reports, financial spreads, and Credit Approval Memorandums, recommends financing structures and terms, coordinates with business, compliance, and legal teams, and maintains complete, accurate credit assessment packages in line with internal policies and regulations.

Develops and maintains internal business applications, databases, and reporting solutions using C#, .NET, SQL Server, SSRS, and Crystal Reports. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, optimizes queries and database performance, supports application deployment, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Maintains documentation and ensures reliable, accurate information for business operations and decision-making.
