The Sow Farm Associate is responsible for the care and maintenance of pigs, including feeding, health monitoring, and assisting during birthing. Duties include maintaining cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and working in compliance with company policies.

Provide daily care and health monitoring for nursery and finisher pigs including feeding, treatments, recordkeeping, moving and loading animals, power washing and facility cleanliness, following SOPs and PPE, and working with the farm veterinarian and team.

The Sow Farm Manager-in-Training will assist in managing sow farm operations, including breeding and piglet care, while gaining leadership skills.

Assist in inventory control, fulfillment, and loading trailers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Provide daily care, health monitoring, and maintenance for sows, gilts, and piglets; assist with feeding, treatments, vaccinations, breeding/AI, farrowing support, cleaning/power washing, and follow animal welfare and safety protocols while working cooperatively with farm staff.

Record and reconcile financial transactions, generate customer invoices and statements, address billing/payment discrepancies, prepare schedules and reports, enter accounts receivable, assist team members, and maintain client confidentiality.
