Assist in inventory control, fulfillment, and loading trailers while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Manage daily ingredient inventory and shortages, coordinate with production, procurement, and demand planning, run usage and production analyses, prepare short-term planning summaries, identify process efficiencies, and support demand planning backup to ensure smooth manufacturing schedules.

The Farrowing Lead oversees the farrowing department, ensuring the care of sows and piglets, leading staff training, and maintaining records. This role demands strong animal husbandry skills and attention to detail to ensure excellent health and survivability of piglets.

The Sow Farm Manager-in-Training will assist in managing sow farm operations, including breeding and piglet care, while gaining leadership skills.
