Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, task tracking, travel and logistics planning, document and expense management, internal communications, social media support, and preparation of briefing materials, articles, talking points, and media content.

Leads customer lifecycle and value management across segmentation, journey orchestration, loyalty programs, and multi-channel campaigns. Owns loyalty strategy, member engagement, retention, commercial performance, and ROI. Coordinates SMS, email, outbound calling, campaign calendars, operational briefs, and performance measurement. Translates customer analytics into actionable segments, offers, interventions, and next-best actions to increase loyalty, visits, retention, and lifetime value.

Serves as the primary HR partner for a cluster of clinics, supporting workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, payroll, engagement, learning, performance management, compliance, and HR reporting. Provides hands-on support to clinic leaders, analyzes people data, maintains HR records, monitors Philippine labor compliance, and conducts regular site visits, including travel to provincial locations.
