Provide in-person and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals, manage support tickets, assist onboarding and training, maintain IT asset inventory, and collaborate with IT staff to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.

Supports the Supply Chain Management team with daily activities, documentation, workflow monitoring, data gathering and analysis, record maintenance, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement initiatives. The intern will gain practical exposure to supply chain operations, logistics workflows, and efficiency improvement while developing analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a hybrid setting.

Supports finance and accounting teams by identifying automation opportunities, testing AI-driven tools, analyzing financial data, developing reports and dashboards, cleaning data, documenting processes, and assisting with financial close activities. The intern collaborates with accounting and IT teams on system enhancements while researching emerging AI applications for finance.
