Drives continuous improvement for Salesforce, Manhattan WMS, and EDI systems supporting orders and accounts. Analyzes system performance and operational data, identifies root causes, develops business cases, and manages enhancement projects from requirements through deployment. Partners with IT, Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, leads user acceptance testing, coordinates EDI fixes, reports trends and project status to leadership, and recommends system and process improvements.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles while building talent pipelines, employer branding, recruiting technology practices, workforce insights, internal mobility, career pathways, referral programs, and internships. The role also partners with People & Culture on development and upskilling initiatives and explores responsible AI adoption in talent processes.

Leads enterprise pricing strategy across commercial and e-commerce channels. Owns pricing architecture, margin guardrails, channel rules, deal and contract pricing, promotion governance, analytics, approval workflows, and pricing transformation. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve price realization, profitability, market competitiveness, and scalable pricing processes.
