Maintain and secure network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs), monitor and respond to incidents, enforce access controls, support compliance (CMMC/NIST), perform patching and backups, provide tier-2/3 support, and design network architecture. Approximately 15% of time supporting A/V network integration and AV-over-IP systems.
