Build and maintain AI-powered solutions, automated workflows, scripts, integrations, and data processes using Python, SQL, PowerShell, APIs, and workflow platforms. Apply AI and LLM technologies to document processing, information retrieval, and business automation. Partner with internal departments, banking vendors, and service providers to improve systems, data quality, reporting, security, and compliance. Monitor production automations, evaluate emerging technologies, document procedures, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

Administer and improve core IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, networks, storage, backups, and disaster recovery. Support Cisco and Meraki environments, maintain secure and reliable configurations, address vulnerabilities, assist with incident response, and provide Tier 2 support. Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, automation, and zero-trust initiatives while coordinating vendors, documenting systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and participating in on-call support.

Processes member financial transactions, provides account support, builds relationships, conducts outbound outreach, recommends banking products, meets sales and referral goals, completes consumer loan and HELOC closings, and maintains compliance with banking policies and BSA regulations.
