The Equity Associate supports portfolio management, financial modeling, underwriting, and communication with stakeholders in real estate investments.

Underwrite and structure complex commercial real estate investments from initial inquiry through closing. Lead financial and market analysis, coordinate due diligence, build and review Excel underwriting models (DCF/IRR/waterfall), present findings to Investment Committee, manage closings, and oversee onboarding with asset management. Supervise and develop direct reports.

The Associate, Debt supports asset management by evaluating performance, managing cash flow models, and mentoring junior staff while overseeing commercial real estate debt investments.
