Supports oversight of commercial real estate equity investments by monitoring portfolio performance, reviewing business plans and leasing activity, maintaining asset-level cash flow models, preparing reports, evaluating new investments, supporting due diligence, and coordinating with operating partners. The role also performs ad hoc analysis and mentors junior analysts.

Produces portfolio and investment-level financial analyses, KPI metrics, dashboards, client reporting, investor and marketing reports, and fundraising due diligence materials. Coordinates deliverables with asset and portfolio management teams, supports dashboard automation, manages large datasets, and develops reporting processes across multiple clients and asset classes.

Owns QA strategy and data validation for Sigma and Databricks client implementations. Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, building Excel reconciliation models, validating dashboards and migrations, documenting audit results, leading technical discovery, escalating integration risks, and coordinating with engineering, Salesforce, and infrastructure teams. The role also develops reusable validation templates and implementation checklists while translating technical data issues for clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
