Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction to students with autism as part of an interdisciplinary team. Support academic, speech, and behavioral goals; implement visual immersion and ABA-based strategies; assist with communication devices, data collection, lesson materials, and safety interventions.

Provide supervised ABA services in a school setting: conduct FBAs/FAs, develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans, collect and report behavioral data, train staff, collaborate with teams and families, and participate in BCBA supervision and Safety Care procedures.

Provide clinical and administrative supervision for a residential treatment program serving children: oversee staff hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions; develop and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans; deliver clinical services (assessments, individual/group/family therapy, discharge planning); monitor care quality and safety; prepare reports; manage unit budget and resources.
