Provide clinical and administrative supervision for a residential treatment program serving children: oversee staff hiring, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions; develop and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans; deliver clinical services (assessments, individual/group/family therapy, discharge planning); monitor care quality and safety; prepare reports; manage unit budget and resources.

Provide administrative support to the Community Crisis and Trauma Department including client insurance verification, EHR data entry and maintenance, scheduling and appointment reminders, platform maintenance (Matchforce, JazzHR, DMS), per diem billing, office supply management, and confidential handling of client records. Support CQI efforts and assist with meetings, scanning, auditing, and special projects.

Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction to students with autism as part of an interdisciplinary team. Support academic, speech, and behavioral goals; implement visual immersion and ABA-based strategies; assist with communication devices, data collection, lesson materials, and safety interventions.
