Participate in a structured training program to develop store leadership skills: lead and coach teams, drive sales, manage operations and P&L fundamentals, ensure customer service standards, and support hiring/training. Travel between stores for training and potential relocation for future store management roles.

Manager in Training will learn retail leadership, sales, operations, and P&L management while supporting teams, delivering customer service, and completing a structured training program with hands-on, classroom, and digital learning. Role requires travel to stores/training centers and readiness for promotion to Store Manager.

Participate in a structured Manager-in-Training program to develop store leadership: lead and coach teams, drive sales and customer experience, manage store operations and P&L, complete training (in-store, classroom, digital), and be open to travel or relocation for future store management roles.
