The Manager in Training program prepares future store leaders with hands-on experience in retail operations, leadership, sales, and financial management, under the guidance of a Store Manager mentor.

Participate in a structured Manager in Training program to develop store leadership by learning sales, people development, operations, P&L management, and customer service. Assist Store Manager, complete classroom and hands-on training, support staffing, scheduling, inventory, and safety, and travel for training or multi-store support. Prepare for promotion to Store Manager.

Participate in a structured Manager-in-Training program to develop store leadership: lead and coach teams, drive sales and customer experience, manage store operations and P&L, complete training (in-store, classroom, digital), and be open to travel or relocation for future store management roles.
