Manager in Training learns store leadership through hands-on training and mentorship. Responsibilities include leading teams, driving sales, managing operations, learning P&L fundamentals, ensuring compliance and customer experience, and supporting training, inventory, scheduling, and community engagement to prepare for a Store Manager role.

Participate in a structured training program to develop store leadership skills. Learn sales, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, P&L fundamentals, and operational compliance while supporting daily store operations and preparing for promotion to Store Manager.

Participate in a structured Manager in Training program to learn store leadership, coaching, sales processes, operations, P&L fundamentals, inventory and scheduling, customer service, and safety compliance. Work with a Store Manager mentor, support team development, drive sales, analyze basic financial reports, and complete training modules with occasional travel for training and relocation as needed.
