Provide customer service and process orders by phone and walk-in; source and procure non-stock PVF items; coordinate jobsite deliveries; maintain vendor relationships; make order-fulfillment decisions; follow safety and environmental protocols while performing physical warehouse duties.

Perform warehouse duties to support logistical initiatives: receive, pick, and deliver PVF products; provide customer service; follow safety and environmental procedures; operate material-handling equipment; support sales staff and complete special projects as directed.

Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, picking, delivering PVF products, providing customer service, operating power equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and supporting safety and store initiatives under Warehouseman Lead/Branch Manager direction.
