Teams at Bell Supply Company

Provides customer service and takes orders from walk-in and phone customers. Coordinates material deliveries to jobsites, sources and procures non-stock items, maintains vendor relationships, and makes order-fulfillment decisions. The role is based in a supply store and warehouse and may involve operating power equipment and handling materials over 50 pounds.

Maintains and grows existing customer relationships while developing new customers and MRO contracts in the energy industry. Identifies opportunities related to OCTG and LP initiatives, collaborates with sales and operations to increase revenue, delivers customer presentations, attends industry events, manages travel and entertainment budgets, and resolves customer issues. Extensive travel within the United States is required.

Perform warehouse duties to support logistical initiatives: receive, pick, and deliver PVF products; provide customer service; follow safety and environmental procedures; operate material-handling equipment; support sales staff and complete special projects as directed.
