Leads apartment community operations, resident satisfaction, leasing performance, staff supervision, budgeting, marketing, vendor bids, capital projects, and property inspections. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding associates, training leasing and maintenance teams, conducting performance reviews, managing budgets and pricing, developing marketing plans, and ensuring operational and customer-service standards. The role requires strong supervisory, marketing, financial analysis, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with property management experience and familiarity with Yardi Voyager.

Supports investment funds and joint ventures through financial analysis, performance monitoring, reporting, investor communications, governance coordination, and cross-functional project management. The role analyzes property and venture-level financial data, prepares investor materials, coordinates reporting and diligence requests, supports investor meetings, maintains audit-ready documentation, and improves reporting tools, workflows, and automation.

Assists the Community Manager with apartment community financial administration, including rental collections, deposits, accounting, delinquency, and eviction-related activities. Supports leasing staff, maintains resident records and lease files, conducts market surveys, recommends pricing changes, handles resident concerns, and oversees operations when the Community Manager is absent.
