Leads apartment community operations, resident satisfaction, staff supervision, leasing performance, budgeting, marketing, vendor bids, capital projects, and property inspections. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing associates, conducting performance reviews, coordinating staff meetings, analyzing financial reports, maintaining service standards, and ensuring community goals are achieved.

Assists with apartment community management, including rental collections, bank deposits, accounting administration, leasing support, market surveys, resident lease records, delinquency and eviction processes, and resident issue resolution. May supervise leasing staff and lead community operations when the Community Manager is absent. Requires strong collections, bookkeeping, customer service, communication, organization, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including proactive sourcing, application review, structured screening, candidate assessment, finalist recommendations, and offer support. Partners with hiring managers to define hiring criteria, improve interview quality, and calibrate decisions. Maintains accurate Workday Recruiting data, leverages automation and recruiting technology, builds talent pipelines, and delivers a respectful candidate experience while monitoring quality of hire, retention, and recruiting outcomes.
