The role requires travel between properties within an assigned region and involves physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and working around equipment and hazardous materials.

Leads apartment community operations, resident satisfaction, staff supervision, leasing, marketing, budgeting, vendor bids, and capital projects. Responsibilities include recruiting and training associates, conducting performance reviews, inspecting properties and apartments, touring prospective residents, analyzing financial reports, and ensuring operational and leasing performance. Requires supervisory experience, strong marketing and financial analysis skills, customer service expertise, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management software.
