Field-based outside sales role responsible for growing and managing customer relationships across a Southern territory. Duties include developing new accounts, servicing existing customers, preparing quotes, securing orders, attending trade shows, monitoring competition, maintaining CRM pipelines, resolving complaints, and reporting sales activity. The role requires 40%–70% travel, including some weekends, long-distance driving, and occasional international travel.

Leads manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives across North American sites. Responsibilities include optimizing processes and equipment, conducting manufacturing experiments, implementing automation, developing SOPs and training, managing safety and environmental improvements, overseeing documentation and budgets, and supervising staff. The role partners with Operations, Continuous Improvement, Production, Environmental, Safety, and Sales teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and standardization for wood products.

Provides hands-on HR support across multiple southern operations, partnering with managers and employees on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy administration, compliance, and documentation. The role trains leaders, manages workplace issues, supports retention initiatives, and coordinates with centralized HR on compensation, benefits, leaves, and compliance. It requires strong employment-law knowledge, experience in manufacturing environments, bilingual English-Spanish communication, and moderate travel between locations.
