Provides accounting and administrative support for mortgage operations. Responsibilities include auditing borrower mortgage accounts, reconciling general ledger and cash accounts, coordinating deposits and loan wires, supporting accounts payable, verifying mortgage loan transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service, and compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Serves as the liaison between business units and IT, eliciting and documenting requirements, coordinating technology resources, and supporting software implementations. Leads complex projects, process improvements, testing, compliance activities, and training. Creates business requirements, use cases, process diagrams, test plans, and user stories; identifies risks and dependencies; recommends technical and business solutions; and mentors junior team members while ensuring adherence to security, legal, and regulatory standards.

Leads complex credit analysis, underwriting, transaction structuring, and portfolio risk management for capital finance exposures. Evaluates borrower financials, collateral, leverage, liquidity, covenants, and enterprise value; prepares credit recommendations and loan committee presentations; structures asset-based and structured lending transactions; monitors portfolio performance and borrowing bases; identifies emerging risks; and develops mitigation plans for stressed credits.
