Lead the IT Process Automation team to define and execute enterprise automation strategy, administer platforms (UiPath, SharePoint, DocuSign), ensure governance and security, manage vendors, deliver scalable automation solutions, and develop automation talent while partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

Processes mortgage loan files from application through closing and post-closing. Reviews applications and credit documentation for investor, agency, and federal compliance; calculates borrower income; orders required reports and verifications; coordinates with borrowers, agents, title companies, loan officers, and underwriting; resolves conditions; prepares closing packages and compliance checklists; monitors closing schedules; and responds to quality control and investor audit inquiries.

The Account Manager will manage client accounts, maintain policy data, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
