Improves insurance agency performance through business intelligence, operational analysis, workflow redesign, carrier-performance reporting, and strategic project support. Develops dashboards and scorecards, analyzes revenue, retention, profitability, capacity, and carrier results, identifies automation opportunities, and supports cross-functional technology and operating-model initiatives. The role also defines requirements, controls, risks, success measures, and post-implementation reviews while translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

Manages daily cash settlement and liquidity activities with Federal Reserve and correspondent banks. Performs complex reconciliations, account analysis, journal entries, regulatory reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Supports month-end and year-end accounting, banking operations, process documentation, internal controls, training, and cross-functional initiatives. Serves as a subject matter resource for Accounting Operations and helps improve processes, efficiency, and compliance.

Processes returned checks, non-posted items, chargebacks, NSF notices, check adjustments, disputes, account corrections, copy requests, and check retention. Balances daily transactions, resolves discrepancies, supports customer and internal research, manages supplies and procedures, coordinates with vendors, and contributes subject matter expertise to projects and workflow improvements while maintaining compliance and service standards.
