Manage delivery of wealth management services, focusing on business development, financial planning, and maintaining client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring compliance and high-quality client service.

Handle daily operational, financial, and relationship management for HSAs, deposit network, and fintech accounts. Process transactions, reconciliations, ACHs/wires, trades, account setups, month-end tasks, audits, reporting, implementations, and customer inquiries while ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance.

The Account Manager will manage client accounts, maintain policy data, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
