Manage new product introduction supply operations from supplier readiness through launch. Coordinate suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve material, component, capacity, manufacturing, and demand-supply risks. Maintain launch schedules, critical materials and manufacturing plans, guide supplier production output, support regulatory readiness, conduct supplier onboarding, prepare handover packages, and provide on-site supplier management when needed.

Manage and expand major retail accounts across Spain and Portugal, driving sales growth, market share, forecasting, and KPI performance. Develop account strategies, optimize inventory with planning teams, analyze consumer and account data, and identify market opportunities. Build strong retailer and distributor relationships, coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and business teams, prepare sales reports, and deliver product presentations at customer sites and trade shows.

Leads EMEA demand and supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, and the S&OP process. Manages planning teams, product groups, purchase orders, supply constraints, product launches, transitions, and excess inventory reduction. Partners with Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Global Planning to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory KPIs, freight costs, and data integrity. Coaches planners and drives operational excellence across regional and global planning activities.
