Leads enterprise-wide talent acquisition across retail stores, distribution, supply chain, and corporate functions. Develops hiring strategy, seasonal staffing plans, recruiting metrics, processes, systems, vendor relationships, and employer branding. Manages and develops recruiting teams while personally leading officer-level and executive searches. Advises senior leadership on hiring, compensation, and candidate assessment, and oversees both high-volume frontline and corporate recruitment.

Manage and coordinate retail activities for a vendor beauty line across stores, acting as liaison between Belk and vendor. Drive sales, promotions, and events; recruit, train, coach, and develop beauty advisors; perform regular in-store visits; monitor KPIs and shrinkage; maintain merchandising and visual standards; and communicate business updates to field and corporate leadership.

Designs, implements, tests, and supports retail software features and integrations (POS, payments, promotion engines). Participates in Agile planning, mentors junior engineers, troubleshoots production issues, and tracks emerging technologies.
