Manage and coordinate retail activities for a vendor beauty line across stores, acting as liaison between Belk and vendor. Drive sales, promotions, and events; recruit, train, coach, and develop beauty advisors; perform regular in-store visits; monitor KPIs and shrinkage; maintain merchandising and visual standards; and communicate business updates to field and corporate leadership.

Design, build, and maintain EDW data infrastructure and Snowflake-based data pipelines using Python and SQL. Designs, implements, tests, and supports retail software features and integrations (POS, payments, promotion engines). Participates in Agile planning, mentors junior engineers, troubleshoots production issues, and tracks emerging technologies.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for store management roles below Assistant Store Manager. Partner with hiring managers, source passive candidates, manage screening, interviewing, offers, and maintain talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience and ATS compliance.
