Drive full-cycle sales for a CRM serving government contractors, from lead generation through contract close. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, attending conferences and industry days, shaping opportunities, winning contracts, and supporting customer success. The role partners closely with government customers and requires strong initiative, technical aptitude, collaboration, urgency, and willingness to travel.

Build Belisar’s platform as a full-stack engineer, owning features from architecture through delivery. Develop React and TypeScript interfaces, Python/Django backends, PostgreSQL data systems, AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, data pipelines, and applied ML/LLM capabilities. Work directly with customers and the founding team in a 0-to-1 environment, make architecture decisions, translate ambiguous problems into technical plans, and ship production-ready software quickly.

Build and lead development of Belisar’s full-stack CRM platform from the ground up. Responsibilities include designing distributed architectures, coding across the stack, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, coordinating releases, developing AI and LLM-powered features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in hiring. The role requires strong backend, frontend, data, search, infrastructure, and system design experience, along with technical leadership and customer communication skills.
