Manage a portfolio of publishing clients as primary contact, driving retention and revenue through strategic guidance, proactive outreach, cross-team collaboration, quarterly business reviews, and tailored publishing strategies. Oversee onboarding, resolve client issues, identify upsell opportunities, represent clients internally, and support client engagement initiatives and industry outreach.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for French and Luxembourg entities, prepare journal and closing entries, manage fixed assets, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations, ensure VAT and tax compliance, prepare local financial statements, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.

Provide day-to-day office management for Sentric's Liverpool office: supplies, facilities, access control, H&S, vendor management, guest welcome, IT troubleshooting, travel and meeting coordination, onboarding support, internal communications, and local engagement/CSR initiatives while aligning with the London office and central teams.
