Oversee treasury operations including liquidity, cash flow planning, investments, banking, foreign exchange, daily accounting, cash controls, insurance, audits, and management reporting. The role also manages cashier operations, supports project management, and liaises with banks, auditors, and senior stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll, month-end closing, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting, controls, and process improvements. Lead the accounts team, support budgeting and forecasting, prepare management reports, and coordinate with investors, lenders, auditors, consultants, bankers, and other external stakeholders during financing and due diligence activities.

Manages recruitment, joining formalities, employee records, leave and attendance, payroll, advances, bonuses, confirmations, appraisals, engagement, exit interviews, and final settlements. Coordinates ESI and PF matters with departments and officials while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
