Manages large restoration and construction projects, including projects exceeding $1 million. Responsibilities include planning schedules, budgets, crews, subcontractors, safety, quality control, documentation, customer communication, invoicing, change orders, and regulatory compliance. The role may support disaster recovery teams, supervise multiple projects, perform vehicle inspections, sell additional services, and travel periodically, including nights and weekends. Candidates must understand construction practices, restoration services, building codes, blueprints, vendor qualification, and fixed-bid and rate-and-material projects.

Manage large-scale restoration or construction projects exceeding $1 million, coordinating employees, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, documentation, customer communication, change orders, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.
