Serve as liaison among internal teams, account managers, clients, agencies and field offices. Support and train field personnel on account-specific applications, maintain electronic job files, generate monthly reports, detail fee structures, coach field offices, attend required training, and ensure timely, accurate information flow with limited in-state travel.

Lead Salesforce Administrator responsible for managing and evolving BELFOR's Salesforce instance: user access, dashboards, reports, page layouts, flows, security, deployments, testing, documentation, and training Tier 1 support. Provide hands-on end-user support and maintain governance for configuration and release processes. Role is fully on-site.

Manage large, complex restoration or construction projects (often >$1M), supervise multiple crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, invoicing and customer satisfaction. Serve on disaster response (CAT) teams, qualify vendors, perform site inspections, and complete BELFOR training. Work nights/weekends and travel periodically.
