Responsibilities include handling customer needs, resolving concerns, tracking account targets and metrics, attending marketing events and trade shows, networking with prospects, supervising sales representatives, and collaborating with operations teams to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Provides administrative support in a field office, including front desk coverage, phone and mail handling, job creation and file maintenance, vendor database management, accounts payable and receivable processing, payment deposits, statement reconciliation, payroll and job cost review, and customer record upkeep. The role also supports compliance with vendor requirements, maintains organized records, safeguards information, and attends required operations and safety training.
