Manage field office personnel, logistics, equipment, vehicle maintenance, and job scheduling for residential, commercial, and industrial restoration projects. Oversee large losses, ensure safety plan implementation, coordinate with customers/subcontractors/insurers, maintain warehouse stock, qualify subcontractors, and review time entries impacting job costs and billing.
