Verifies applications interface and operate correctly with ITS components and satisfy technical, security, and operational requirements. Develops, executes, and documents test cases and results; troubleshoots and tracks defects through resolution; performs Linux command-line testing; validates corrective actions with engineering and operations teams; and supports compliance testing and test automation improvements.

Builds, tests, and maintains internal platforms and infrastructure supporting software development and deployment. Automates operational processes with Ansible, improves deployment pipelines and developer experience, troubleshoots platform issues, ensures security and compliance, and monitors reliability and availability using observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. Requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and either a bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience or 14 years without a degree.

Supports implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration of IT infrastructure across Linux, UNIX, and Windows environments. Provides Tier I and Tier II support, manages Active Directory and core Windows services, applies DISA STIG baselines, resolves performance and server issues, implements backup and recovery strategies, develops automation scripts, maintains technical documentation, and supports messaging, authentication, and multifactor systems. On-call rotation is required.
