Manage configuration management for developmental and operational systems across their full life cycle. Create and maintain system baselines, develop CM plans and procedures, implement automated CM tools, perform change control and configuration audits, and support requirements through system end-of-life. The role requires extensive configuration management experience, technical or business education, source code control experience for developmental programs, and TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development, and operational systems. Integrate project schedules into master program schedules and integrated master plans, track dependencies and linkages, and coordinate with engineering, developmental, and operational teams. The role requires advanced Microsoft Project or Primavera expertise, scheduling experience on complex engineering programs, and management of hardware and software development schedules.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, workflow automation, dataflows, and analytic tools supporting intelligence operations. Collaborate with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to identify inefficiencies, iteratively deliver solutions through CI/CD, gather feedback, and improve mission workflows. Work in Linux environments with relational databases and potentially JavaScript, Python, Svelte, observability tools, open-source platforms, and cryptography.
