Plan and execute CNC machining tasks using blueprints, specifications, and GD&T. Configure and operate mills, lathes, and boring mills; measure parts, troubleshoot processes, and maintain quality and production standards. Perform preventative maintenance, housekeeping, material handling, safety compliance, and required documentation. Collaborate with engineering, supervisors, and production staff to resolve manufacturing issues. Produce prototype parts, tooling, mold modifications, and specialized blow-molding equipment with minimal supervision.

Supports technical sales and custom machinery orders from quoting through shipment. Responsibilities include researching specifications, maintaining configuration data, converting orders into machine specification sheets, leading engineering and production meetings, tracking milestones, coordinating customer approvals and machine acceptance, arranging shipping, and maintaining punch lists and supplier-component tracking. The role serves as a liaison among sales, engineering, production, materials teams, and customers.
