Supports HR, recruiting, operations, and safety teams by interpreting Spanish and English during meetings, training, onboarding, interviews, investigations, and employee communications. Translates HR documents, policies, benefits materials, job postings, and recruitment content. Helps Spanish-speaking employees and candidates understand workplace procedures, benefits, rights, and responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality, neutrality, and cultural sensitivity. This is a remote, part-time, as-needed position with occasional office visits and fieldwork.
