Accountable for regional delivery of clinical studies from feasibility through closeout. Lead regional operations teams and vendors, manage timelines, budgets, submissions, TMF, monitoring oversight, inspection readiness, and regional data collection while collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure study alignment and quality.

Lead product quality governance across late‑phase clinical and commercial programs by managing quality networks, driving investigations, CAPA, change control, and risk management (ICH Q9). Collaborate with R&D, CMC, and regulatory teams to embed quality in product lifecycle, monitor product trends, support inspections, and implement continuous improvement and quality system enhancements.

Lead operational management and governance of commercial CRM and related platforms for Sales, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and CX. Oversee platform reliability, release/change management, integrations, demand and stakeholder management, vendor relationships, and service SLAs. Drive CRM transformation, migrations, architecture, compliance, and continuous improvement while building and leading a global IT commercial systems team.
