Leads end-to-end Order to Invoice and Customer Service operations across Europe for pharmaceutical distribution. Oversees customer master data, order management, invoicing, returns, complaints, rebates, 3PL interfaces, compliance, KPIs, systems, and continuous improvement. Manages a six-person regional team and supports product launches and divestments while partnering with Quality, Finance, Regulatory, Commercial, and Distribution stakeholders. The role requires strong SAP and customer experience systems expertise, GDP compliance knowledge, and international matrix leadership.

Manages clinical trial data from study startup through database lock and clinical study report support. Leads studies, oversees internal and CRO/FSP data management resources, develops eCRFs and edit checks, manages EDC database testing, coordinates data cleaning and reconciliation, supports coding and medical review, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and contributes to process improvement and team mentoring.
