Processes and reconciles intercompany transactions, manages settlements, resolves discrepancies, supports financial close and transfer pricing recharges, and prepares financial analyses. The role collaborates with international finance teams, supports new legal entities, and improves accounting systems and processes using SAP and related tools.

Leads the company’s global transfer pricing strategy, policies, governance, documentation, and execution across jurisdictions. Oversees transfer pricing for intellectual property, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, financing, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Manages audits, controversy, APAs, MAP proceedings, benchmarking, and regulatory reporting. Partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Supply Chain, R&D, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams while driving SAP-enabled process improvements, automation, AI, analytics, and global tax technology transformation.

Manages global supplier lifecycle and procure-to-pay operations outside China and APAC. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, due diligence, master data governance, purchase requisition and purchase order workflows, compliance controls, issue resolution, KPI reporting, dashboards, process documentation, training, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with procurement, finance, legal, compliance, supply chain, accounts payable, and global business stakeholders to standardize and automate procurement operations.
