Teams at Behavox

Owns a portfolio of 3–5 highly complex enterprise accounts valued at $3M+ ARR, managing renewals, expansions, delivery health, executive relationships, and escalations. Defines strategic account management standards, creates playbooks and frameworks, coaches account managers through at-risk situations, supports hiring calibration, leads internal learning, and represents Behavox at industry events and customer advisory communities.

Owns strategic commercial relationships with regulated financial institutions, including account health, executive business reviews, renewals, churn forecasting, negotiations, expansions, escalations, and delivery follow-through. The role manages global banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and energy firms, positioning Behavox’s enterprise compliance platform across communications surveillance, trade surveillance, archiving, and policy management use cases. This is a hybrid position based in Milan.

Partners with senior business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, post-merger workforce integration, enterprise change initiatives, talent management, and scalable HR program delivery. Independently manages complex employee relations matters, advises on employment law and organizational risk, and uses workforce analytics to guide evidence-based decisions and improve organizational performance.
