Owns strategic commercial relationships with regulated financial institutions, including account health, executive relationships, renewals, churn forecasting, negotiations, expansions, and retention. Leads strategic business reviews focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, control maturity, and platform value. Manages delivery escalations, coordinates internal teams, translates technical updates for clients, and ensures commitments are fulfilled across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

Owns financial asset-class data specifications, maintains risk taxonomies, and designs market surveillance scenarios based on market-abuse typologies and regulations. Advises product, engineering, and data science teams; validates AI-agent outputs; supports client meetings, demonstrations, and RFPs. Requires practitioner-level front-office or surveillance experience, knowledge of financial markets regulation, trade and market data modeling, and front-office workflows. The role is remote within Italy.

Partners with US and Canadian business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, and HR program delivery. Interprets workforce metrics and HRIS reporting to guide evidence-based recommendations, manages moderate-to-complex employee relations cases, supports post-merger integration, and ensures alignment with employment requirements and global HR frameworks.
