Behaviour Interactive Benefits Overview

Own the strategy, quality, and evolution of player-facing knowledge content across Behaviour Interactive’s game portfolio. Audit and improve help-center structure, manage self-service experiences, write and govern support articles, analyze Zendesk and player data, coordinate content updates around launches and patches, improve support automation, and track knowledge-base KPIs. The role requires extensive customer or player support and knowledge-management experience, strong communication, analytics, platform administration, and project-management skills.

Manage the complete supplier invoice and accounts payable cycle, including purchase order validation, invoice reconciliation, coding, approvals, accounting system entry, and payment issuance. The role also provides administrative support to Finance and serves as the primary contact for suppliers. Candidates need accounting experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles and Excel, bilingual French and English proficiency, and preferably Microsoft F&O experience.

Partners with operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, KPI monitoring, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Analyzes monthly and quarterly results, identifies variances, and provides recommendations for business decisions. Supports investment, resource allocation, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and integrations by synthesizing financial and operational data into actionable insights.
