Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy in the child’s home following BCBA-written treatment plans. Track session data on a tablet/phone, collaborate with the BCBA and team, and give families feedback to support skill-building, communication, independence, and confidence.

As a BCBA, you will lead ABA therapists, design treatment plans, analyze progress, and train parents on ABA strategies for children with developmental challenges.
