Teams at Behavioral Health Services, Inc.

Provides clinical, administrative, and operational supervision for behavioral health and substance use programs. Oversees staff performance, client services, documentation, regulatory compliance, treatment planning, crisis response, and daily program operations. Conducts behavioral health screenings and treatment activities, coordinates with medical and community providers, supports client benefits and reintegration needs, and participates in quality improvement, recruiting, training, and program planning. May provide transportation, toxicology testing, medication observation, and withdrawal monitoring.

Provides behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, care plans, counseling, referrals, crisis response, and coordinated treatment for clients with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Maintains clinical documentation, participates in multidisciplinary teams, supports staff training, conducts community outreach, and ensures compliance with behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards. Clinician II requires at least two years of behavioral health experience; field-based services and client transportation may be required.

Leads HR operations for a multi-site organization, including policy compliance, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, personnel records, benefits administration, open enrollment, regulatory reporting, training, and employee support. Oversees daily HR workflow, guides HR staff, coordinates with vendors and leadership, and ensures documentation is complete and audit-ready.
