Teams at Behavior Interventions, Inc.

Supports the Program Director in managing an Enhanced ABA treatment center, including RBT requirements, crisis management, staffing, scheduling, clinical oversight, BCBA supervision, training, performance feedback, client intake, and quality control. Maintains a BCBA caseload and provides behavioral assessments and interventions. The role also participates in hiring, evaluations, meetings, compliance activities, and occasional on-call, evening, weekend, and travel responsibilities.
