Schedule and manage Enhanced Program technician caseloads, coordinate staffing and substitutes, maintain client calendars, support office and treatment center operations, assist with HR/timekeeping tasks, and provide brief clinical staff coverage and crisis management support under Program Director supervision.

Provide clinical and operational oversight for an ABA treatment center: support RBT requirements, supervise and mentor BCBAs, manage crisis and center operations, run trainings and meetings, maintain a BCBA caseload (≈30 billable hours/month), coordinate staffing and referrals, ensure documentation and compliance, and participate in clinical initiatives.
