Provide clinical and operational leadership for an ABA treatment center: support RBT requirements and training, supervise BCBAs, manage treatment center operations and crisis response, maintain caseload (minimum billable hours), coordinate staffing and referrals, implement quality control, participate in clinical projects, and support clinician development and compliance with licensure and reporting requirements.

Schedule and manage Enhanced Program caseloads and staff availability, coordinate clinician-client connections, maintain client calendars, support office operations and treatment center logistics, handle time-off and substitutes, assist with cohort scheduling, and perform general administrative and crisis-management tasks to support clinical teams.
