Supports implementation and configuration of the Mainsail platform for life sciences clients. Responsibilities include front-end configuration with HTML and CSS, minor UI and form updates, data preparation and validation, basic SQL queries, collaboration with consultants, documentation, issue tracking, and learning platform delivery practices and .NET-based workflows.

The Associate Consultant develops code to ingest, clean, and process life sciences data; troubleshoots data workflows; produces accurate client deliverables; and identifies metrics for reports, dashboards, and presentations. The role involves client engagement, problem-solving, and strategic consulting related to salesforce sizing, territory alignment, and incentive compensation. Candidates collaborate across teams, contribute to ad hoc projects, and build expertise in sales and marketing analytics.

Develop and troubleshoot data ingestion, cleaning, processing, reporting, dashboards, analyses, and client deliverables for life sciences consulting projects. Communicate project results and expectations to clients, lead client sub-teams, ensure accurate and timely delivery, perform advanced analytics, and guide Associate Consultants. The role also requires collaboration across teams, client relationship management, presentations, and adaptable problem-solving.
