Leads regional sales activities for architectural lighting, controls, and furniture solutions. Manages independent sales representative partnerships, cultivates architectural design relationships, develops territory growth strategies, oversees project pipelines, and drives product positioning through the design-bid-build process. Hires, trains, and mentors specification sales representatives; supports digital transformation, develops territory champions, manages performance, and achieves revenue objectives across the assigned region.

Drives revenue growth for BEGA’s commercial furniture business by developing strategic accounts, expanding channels, influencing product specifications, and building relationships across institutional and commercial markets. Manages opportunities from early design through installation, conducts presentations and product demonstrations, coordinates project activities, maintains Salesforce pipeline data, and collaborates with internal teams. The role is remotely based in the United States and requires extensive territory travel, customer engagement, and enterprise partnership development.

Owns ERP-centered business process design, requirements definition, process mapping, SOP documentation, change intake, and validation. Partners with operations, finance, supply chain, sales, IT, and vendors to establish best practices, prioritize ERP changes, promote configuration over customization, and ensure process and data alignment. Leads stakeholder validation sessions, evaluates proposed solutions, communicates system changes, and supports continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Travel to Broomfield, Colorado, and Carpinteria, California, is expected approximately one to four times annually.
