Represents Beer Capitol beverage brands at bars, restaurants, retail stores, and public events. Conducts tastings, giveaways, interactive games, and other promotional activities; engages consumers; shares product information; assembles and breaks down displays; and reports event results and feedback to the Promotions Manager. Requires an outgoing, professional, organized, adaptable individual able to work nights and weekends.

Develop and implement category management plans and store shelf sets for assigned retailers. Use data, shopper insights, and category software to optimize space, assortment, promotions, and distribution. Coordinate with sales, suppliers, and store teams to schedule and install resets, track performance, and ensure compliance with regulations and merchandising standards.
