Own the Ad Network data stack across modeling, BI reporting, analytics, experimentation, entity resolution, and machine learning. Build ClickHouse data models, dashboards, aggregation tables, attribution logic, and KPI tracking. Conduct statistical analyses and A/B tests, monitor data quality, uncover network insights, and translate findings into product recommendations. Collaborate with product, business, engineering, and ML teams to improve advertiser and publisher outcomes.

Own end-to-end growth product design across onboarding, activation, conversion, expansion, and retention. Translate research, support signals, and analytics into design hypotheses, experiments, and iterative product improvements. Partner with Product, Growth, Engineering, leadership, and other designers to address churn, activation, downgrade, and trial-to-paid conversion challenges while maintaining design consistency and shipping quickly.

Manage customer relationships across onboarding, ongoing support, escalations, and renewals. Serve as the primary escalation contact, advocate for customers across Sales, Product, and Support, resolve technical issues, and improve internal processes through documentation. Build reusable AI prompts, macros, documentation, and automations to increase team efficiency. The role requires autonomy, strong communication, technical problem-solving, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
